To succeed in modern business tomorrow's leaders have to have the skills and technical knowledge that will allow them to become flexible and adaptable leaders. Eventually my goals for the future include opening and starting my own firm in the global marketplace.


To do this however I need to posses more knowledge not only of the technical aspects of the business world but also of the qualities a leader must have to succeed in this environment.
